Mission and Vision

BEEP strives to expose young people to the ecological world, to the world of new possibilities. With a view amongst many by giving them a different worldview in life whilst, it is hoped that such green spaces will be a symbol of light, courage, hope and a rare opportunity to rekindle their dreams. It is hoped that these children and youth in the aftermath of their exposure into the natural world, would be imbued with the spirit of triumph and resilience.

Mission

Our mission is to use Table Mountain National Park as an enabling space to get young people from the township to reflect, review and recharge their lives whilst it hope that they use the tranquil spaces as their source of therapy.

Our mission is to create a system that encourages the youth to become defiant to the current social structures by exposing them to green spaces, for them to decolonise their minds and rediscover their voices whilst creating visionary green leaders.

Our mission is to research the potential use of nature therapy and green spaces as a source of healing and a coping mechanism for socially troubled township youth.

Vision

Our vision is to become the green voices that mobilize and educate on ecological matters across Africa, whilst creating green entrepreneurs and scholars.

Our vision is to bring conservation element into rural areas such Lady Frere, Eastern Cape, as a mitigating strategy against climate change. Subsequently, BEEP hope to plant 2 million trees across Lady Frere in the next 4 years

To produce visionary leaders and green entrepreneurs and university graduate who will help BEEP to expand across South Africa in the next 5 years.
